Part 1 offers a comprehensive introduction to the ERC interview process and is open to an unlimited number of participants. During this session, you will receive practical guidance on preparing for the ERC online interview from a professional coach, along with up‑to‑date information on the evaluation procedure and current success statistics from the NCP ERC. A successful ERC grantee will also share first‑hand insights and experiences, giving you a clearer sense of what to expect. The session concludes with time for your questions.

The preparation training will take place on 28 April 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30 (approx. 1.5 hours).

Registration is open from 26 March 2026, 10:00 until 20 April 2026, 23:00, and is available to all invited candidates with a German host institution and multipliers.
