The online interview trainings of the National Contact Point ERC (NCP ERC) address applicants for ERC Advanced Grants (ERC AdG) 2025 who have been retained for step 2 of the evaluation and who are invited to an online interview by the ERC Executive Agency (ERCEA).
After completing your registration via Idoom, please provide us with the following documents via e-mail to Interviewtrainings@kowi.de:
- Part I/B1 of your proposal (please name your file as follows: „Last name_Acronym_B1“)
- Invitation to the ERC interview (please name your file as follows: „Last name_Acronym_invitation“)
- If already available: Annex I of your invitation to the ERC interview (please name your file as follows: „Last name_Acronym_AnnexI)

Our NCP ERC AdG online interview trainings are aimed at applicants with German host institutions. The trainings will be held in English and are free of charge. The number of participants is limited to six candidates per training session. The total training time amounts to 4 hours and all candidates are required to participate for the entire duration of the training.
The purposes of the NCP ERC AdG online interview trainings are 1. to practice in depth the interview situation, 2. to simulate a mock interview panel and 3. to get individual feedback from a professional coach respectively from the NCP ERC staff. Therefore, a mandatory requirement for all ERC AdG candidates is to perform a presentation about their planned ERC AdG Project and to answer subsequent questions.
