The virtual interview training of the National Contact Point ERC addresses applicants for ERC Advanced Grants 2025 who have been retained for step 2 of the evaluation and are invited to a virtual interview by the ERC Executive Agency. Our online trainings are aimed at applicants with German host institutions, will be held in English, and are free of charge.

The aim is to practice in depth the interview situation and to get individual feedback from a professional rhetoric coach. Therefore, it will be mandatory for participants to perform their presentation including the Q&A session and to simulate a mock panel. The number of participants is limited to six candidates per session.

The virtual interview training will take about 4 hours.
