The virtual interview training of the NCP ERC addresses applicants for ERC Consolidator Grants who have been retained for step 2 of the evaluation and are invited to a virtual interview by the ERC Executive Agency. Our online trainings are aimed at applicants with German Host Institutions, will be held in English, and are free of charge.

Part I – The aim of Part I is to prepare candidates for a successful virtual interview. We provide advice from experts on presentation techniques, practical experience from successful candidates, and background information on the evaluation process (in particular, statistics on the current status of the evaluation). After the training, candidates should be able to prepare for the interview independently and successfully. Part I of the virtual interview training will take about 1.5 hours.
